Eligible Return Items
Returned items must be in the same condition (unused) in which they were sent, including having all original tags and packaging. If they arrive back to us in a damaged/used condition, we will not be able to issue a refund, so please make sure they are well packaged for transport.
We are Unable to Accept Returns on the Following:
- If you lose your goods, damage the item, or it's has been stolen.
- Goods that are no longer in their original packaging in perfect condition.
- Orders that were shipped more than 10 days ago.
Returning an Item
If your order arrives and you decide it isn't just right, most items can be returned to us within 10 days of receipt.
Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page within 10 days of receipt so we can book in the return. We will not accept returns when no prior arrangement has been made.

If your request is eligible for a return, the support team will provide you with a returns identification code to insert into your package.
Additional Return Details
Once you receive your returns identification code, please make sure that you send us your package as soon as possible. In order for us to accept your return it must arrive at our facility within 10 days of issuing the returns identification code. Please ensure that you place a copy of the returns identification code within the returned packaging.
Do ensure you package the order well – Package the original packaging into a suitable envelope so it arrives at our returns facility in perfect condition – we cannot refund items that arrive damaged.
Once your returned product has arrived at our facility, our support team will view the item and refund you for the products (less the original shipping fee). If you purchased your item with a promotion code, giving you free delivery, your refund will be less the delivery fee.

We regret that ABC Distributors cannot cover shipping costs to our returns facility.
